B.Innovative|Austin is a 6,000 sf modern workspace in the Downtown Financial District of Austin, TX. Located on the 17th floor of the newly constructed Indeed Tower, B.Innovative|Austin offers two core resources: (1) Full-Time Co-Working Space and (2) Flexible-Use Community Space.

Specifically, B.Innovative|Austin offers two core resources:

1. Full-Time Collaboration Hub
   5,000 square feet of co-working space at 200 W 6th street. In Austin, we've co-located with a driven group of entrepreneurs, investors and community builders.
2. Flexible-Use Community Space
   1,000 square foot rentable conference room overlooking the Downtown Financial District. Startups, community groups and investors use our space for board meetings, investor presentations, corporate offsites and more.

B.Innovative|Baltimore is a 5,000 sf collaboration space in the historic Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore City, MD. B.Innovative|Baltimore offers two core resources: (1) Full-Time Collaboration Hub and (2) Flexible-Use Community Space.

Specifically, B.Innovative|Baltimore offers two core resources:

1. Full-Time Collaboration Hub
   4,000 square feet of workspace for entrepreneurs, investors and community builders. Today, B.Innovative|Baltimore is "home" for seven startup companies, two venture capital firms and one public benefit corporation.
2. Flexible-Use Community Space
   1,000 square feet of rentable conference space, with modular furniture, tech-enabled infrastructure and customizable amenities. Startups, community groups and investors rent our cost-free conference room for board meetings, investor presentations, corporate offsites and more.
