Trey is a partner, portfolio manager and head of Brown Advisory's Charlotte office. In his role as portfolio manager, Trey manages multi-strategy investment portfolios for individuals, families and institutions. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, he was a managing director at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), where for 14 years he served in a variety of client-facing and leadership roles in Charlotte, Chicago and New York. Most recently, Trey was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for BBH's wealth management business. Prior to that, he served as an investment advisor with Stein Roe & Farnham in Chicago.
