Tiffany Ernest

Tiffany is a principal and Director of Infrastructure at Brown Advisory. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she leads a team of computer engineers and technicians to ensure the resiliency of the firm’s technology infrastructure. She oversees the Help Desk, Audio Visual, Server Engineering, and Network Engineering teams with the goal of supplying clients and colleagues with efficient technology and excellent customer service. Before joining Brown Advisory in 2010, she was part of the technology forces supporting the rapid growth at Under Armour. Tiffany is an active member of the firm’s women's colleague resource group and plays a leadership role in providing a platform for engagement, inclusion, empowerment, and support.
