Tessa Pilkington is a Portfolio Manager within the firm's international private client and charity team. Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 2024, Tessa worked in the Strategic Advisory division at AlTi Tiedemann Global as part of a team managing the business's capital raising and M&A activities across the wealth and asset management sectors. Previously, Tessa was at ACPI (latterly acquired by UBP) where she was deputy portfolio manager on their Multi-Asset Balanced Fund. Tessa began her career at Rathbones where she spent four years on the research desk and an equity fund and investment analyst. positions at a number of financial institutions working across both wealth and asset management.
