Serena Sim

Serena serves as head of intermediary sales Asia for Brown Advisory. She has responsibility for developing client relationships and growing the firm’s intermediary business in the region. Prior to joining in January 2023, Serena headed the Southeast Asia intermediary sales team at Janus Henderson Investors. Before that, she was head of wholesale distribution in Singapore for BNP Paribas Asset Management. Serena has also held business development roles at Legg Mason and Schroders previously. She currently holds the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) title and achieved her MA in International Affairs from King’s College London.
