Her role consists of maintaining all of the Richmond office systems and ensuring their continued smooth operation, as well as providing a stellar customer service experience to all visitors and clients. In addition, she works across teams to monitor and manage retrieval and reporting of monthly and quarterly statements for both the firm and its clients. Prior to joining Brown Advisory in June of 2020, Rhonda worked in executive assistant and project management roles for various employers, including JLL, UnitedHealthcare and The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
