Melissa Scharadin

Missy is the operating officer for our Delaware office. She provides support to our client service advisors and oversees the Delaware office client experience. Prior to starting this role, Missy worked in several operational management roles focused around client on-boarding and operations. During this six year tenure, Missy worked closely with management on all client servicing requirements by supporting technology, vendor relations, compliance and process control improvement. Prior to joining Brown Advisory, Missy was the manager of client services at Glass Lewis & where she held various client focused roles.
