Kelly joined Brown Advisory in 2018 and works as a senior recruiter on the talent acquisition team. In this capacity, she collaborates with internal teams regarding their hiring needs and leads full cycle recruiting efforts to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly spent several years working in recruiting at Morgan Stanley and Vocus.
