Katherine is a director of Brown Advisory Incorporated. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry in executive roles at Johnson and Johnson and Celgene and as a partner in the global healthcare practice at McKinsey and Company. She currently serves on the board of two public biotech companies, Sellas Life Sciences and Genfit S.A., and on the advisory board of FemHealth Ventures, a venture capital company focused on innovations in women’s health. She is a trustee and co-chairs the Grants Committee of the Summit Foundation, a not-for-profit that fosters philanthropy by growing and granting resources to address local needs. Katherine also advises startups in healthcare and technology. Earlier in her career, Katherine worked in corporate finance at Nomura International in the UK and Japan. Her international work experience includes Asia, Europe and North America. She earned her bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Durham in the UK and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
