John Mai

John is a principal and Senior Technical Manager at Brown Advisory. With two decades of experience in the industry, he leads a team of analysts and engineers to ensure the availability of the firm’s technical resources and help desk support. His team is charged with supplying clients and colleagues with efficient technology and excellent customer service. Before joining Brown Advisory in 2017 he worked in higher education, providing technical services to a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students. John is an active member of the firm’s Asian and Pacific Islander's colleague resource group and plays a leadership role in providing a platform for engagement, inclusion, empowerment, and support.
