Jasmine brings considerable board-level experience from a wide range of sectors and countries, including large non-profits and listed businesses navigating an increasingly complex global environment.
Jasmine is currently a non-executive director of WPP plc, where she chairs the Compensation Committee, and of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, where she chairs the Governance and Sustainability Committee. Her advisory roles include serving as Vice President of the Institute of Business Ethics Advisory Council.
Previously she was Chair of Travis Perkins plc and has served on the board of Standard Chartered plc where she chaired the Culture and Sustainability Committee, and of BT plc where she chaired the Digital Impact and Sustainability Committee.
In her executive career, Jasmine served as Chief Executive of London First and as CEO of Save the Children UK and then International. Jasmine's leadership experience in the non-profit sector began in 1999 when she worked in West Africa with Oxfam. Prior to this, Jasmine's career was in technology marketing, holding management positions with Rio Tinto and then in the U.S. with the venture-funded start-up Cortex Corporation, and Thomson Financial.
Jasmine was awarded a BA in English and an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of Bristol and completed the Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University and holds dual British/Swiss nationality.
