Darrell Braman is currently an adjunct law professor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Prior to his retirement from T. Rowe Price in 2001, Mr. Braman was a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and a number of its subsidiaries and also served as Secretary of the T. Rowe Price mutual funds. As Managing Counsel in the Legal Department at T. Rowe Price, he led a team responsible for all disclosure, business support and regulatory functions relating to the firm's U.S. investment funds and distribution businesses. Mr. Braman also supported the mutual funds’ board of directors and participated on a number of governance, compliance and risk management committees within the firm.

Prior to working at T. Rowe Price, Mr. Braman served as a Special Counsel to the Division of Corporation Finance in the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

Mr. Braman also serves on the board of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore where he is currently Treasurer; and is a trustee on the Advisory Board of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Mr. Braman received his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
