Claudine serves as director of benefits and compensation, and as a human resources business partner at Brown Advisory. She leads the human resource team responsible for the design, evaluation and implementation of the firmwide benefits program and conducts the firm’s annual compensation assessment and survey. In addition, she works with all corporate infrastructure departments to support their human capital and talent management and ensure they have the tools and resources to achieve their goals. She joined Brown Advisory in 2018 through the combination with Signature Family Wealth Advisors.
