Tricia joined Brown Advisory in 2021 and works as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this capacity, she collaborates with internal teams regarding their hiring needs and leads full cycle recruiting efforts to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Prior to joining the firm, Tricia spent several years working in recruiting at Aerotek.
